We’re looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team as Inside Sales Insurance Agents. This is a fully remote position, offering paid training and covering all costs for your Personal Lines Insurance License. Start Date: Nov 16, 2026 

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm for your first 6 months. 

Permanent Work Schedule: 11:30am-8:00pm 4 weekdays w/ 1 weekend day (Weekdays and Weekend days may change based on business needs 

What You’ll Do: 

• Insurance Sales Responsibilities:
  • Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online 
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products 
  • Provide personalized coverage options and premium quotes 
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system 
  • Participate in sales programs and respond promptly to referrals 
• Regulatory & Compliance 
  • Learn and follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures 
  • Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments 
  • Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risks and ensure accuracy 
  • Stay current on insurance regulations and best practices 
• Additional Responsibilities 
  • Build strong relationships with clients and industry partners 
  • Occasionally travel for training (approx. 5%) 
  • Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction 
  • Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant services
