Needing a Content Creation contractor to assist with the build and creation of planned app and site personalized experiences within our Bloomreach Content Management System. This will involve helping define the migration strategy, including content mapping process, organization, and prioritization. The ideal candidate will be able to manually upload/update pages, images, links, and documents into the CMS, ensuring a close, 1:1 match of the approved designs and will be able to work through a list of provided content/experience requests independently, both with minimal input post-training. Touch bases to be set up weekly to go over progress and questions, with assistance available outside of touch bases as needed. Additional responsibilities will include assisting in updating app & site content, pulling performance reports in Adobe Analytics, collaborating with 3rd party offshore content team, and identifying/reporting bugs in the production environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience managing app and site content placements using a CMS solution
• 1-2 years’ experience working in an eCommerce space
• Time management expertise: Experience keeping project on time by quickly communicating concerns or delays and re-setting expectations when needed
• Strong communication: Aid in the improvement of the Content Migration process by communicating suggestions and ideas back to the larger Implementation team
• Ability to establish the content migration workflows and process for implementation
• Experience working with Excel and Word
• Able to work independently to migrate content once given direction
• Candidate must be organized, have a strong attention to detail, and an effective communicator

Preferred, but not required:

• Experience working within the Bloomreach CMS platform, Constructor Search tool
• Experience with large-scale app or website CMS migrations
• Experience project managing cross-departmental priorities
• Prior experience and/or familiarity with BJ’s
• Experience in Monday.com or similar project tracking program
