Frontend Developer

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio of responsive, high-performance web applications and interactive digital experiences.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Front-End Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology initiatives and external client transformation projects.

Work Arrangement: Remote

Advantage: Prior experience working with tech firms, marketing agencies, or building enterprise design systems and integrating headless CMS platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy highly responsive, modular front-end architectures and digital products for FyerX's internal systems and diverse client tech transformations.
  

• Build dynamic, accessible user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (like React, Next.js, or Vue.js), ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimized mobile performance.
  

• Translate complex Figma designs, prototypes, and UI/UX wireframes into clean, pixel-perfect, and reusable component libraries.
  

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, back-end engineers, and internal stakeholders to integrate RESTful APIs and deliver seamless user experiences.
  

• Implement front-end performance best practices, maintain code versioning (Git/GitHub), optimize Core Web Vitals, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure visual fidelity and minimal load times.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience with a proven track record of building and launching complex, high-traffic web applications.
  

• Advanced expertise in core web fundamentals (HTML5, modern CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and component-driven architecture.
  

• Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, Vue.js, along with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
  

• Deep understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, cross-browser rendering nuances, and web accessibility standards (WCAG).
  

• Strategic problem-solving skills with a strong focus on writing clean, scalable, and well-documented UI code.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple development projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote tech and design teams.
