Python Developer

This is a remote position.

Compulsory Requirement: Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Python Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing scalable backend services, asynchronous APIs, and robust data or automation pipelines.

Payment Structure: Full-time salary – The Python Developer will be compensated with a competitive fixed salary aligned with industry standards and experience level for work completed on both FyerX's internal technology infrastructure and external client platforms.

Advantage: Prior experience working with tech firms, marketing agencies, enterprise platform integrations (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow), or building automated AI workflows and LLM API integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based backend systems, data pipelines, and microservices for FyerX's internal platforms and client tech transformations.
  

• Design, deploy, and document fast, secure RESTful APIs and asynchronous services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  

• Manage, data-model, and optimize both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB) for low latency, high throughput, and reliable data integrity.
  

• Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, AI/DevOps specialists, and project managers to translate business logic into scalable automated processes and resolve system bottlenecks.
  

• Implement strict security standards, oversee CI/CD release pipelines, write rigorous automated unit/integration tests (pytest), and conduct ongoing performance profiling to ensure uptime.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience with a proven track record of designing, shipping, and maintaining production-grade applications.
  

• Advanced proficiency in Python 3 and modern web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with solid understanding of asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery).
  

• Deep knowledge of database architecture, query optimization, ORM tools (SQLAlchemy, Django ORM), and caching layers (Redis, Memcached).
  

• Solid hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker), version control (Git/GitHub), and microservices architecture.
  

• Strategic problem-solving expertise with an uncompromising focus on writing clean, modular, scalable, and PEP 8-compliant code.
  

• Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills; ability to handle multiple development streams simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with remote teams.
