Position Summary

We are seeking a Remote Tours Booking Advisor to assist clients with planning and coordinating their travel experiences. This position involves helping clients organize travel arrangements, providing personalized service, and ensuring important trip details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with researching and coordinating travel arrangements
• Help organize accommodations, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
• Communicate with clients regarding travel preferences, questions, and itinerary details
• Review reservations and travel documents to ensure information is complete and accurate
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and partners as needed
• Provide timely follow-up and assistance throughout the travel planning process
• Maintain organized client information and travel records
