Communications Director

Synergy Family Services, Inc. (SFS) is a dynamic Outpatient Mental Health Center focused on providing strengths based, culturally proficient services to enhance the social, emotional, behavioral health and wellness of individuals and families. Our Goal is to help individuals and families identify and reach goals such as specific symptom relief, self-awareness, self-efficacy, recovery and the enhancement of well being.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Outreach Team
• Design and implement a comprehensive outreach strategy to support organizational growth and community engagement 
• Ensure the agency’s messaging is consistent throughout the agency and across platforms
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of internal and external communication strategies and initiatives
• Develop short- and long-term goals for outreach and measure performance 
• Oversee outreach-related communications, including newsletters, social media, promotional materials, and website content
• ​​Monitor outreach budget by comparing and analyzing results with plans and forecasts
• Aggregate, analyze and report on outreach data and outcomes 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach 
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and lead community outreach initiatives
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously 
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
  

Compensation: $45-$50
