APPOINTMENT TERMS
This temporary, remote position lasts one quarter (three months) per development cycle. Successful candidates will collaborate with team members during business hours to meet milestones. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Compensation for this role will be a one-time lump-sum payment of $1,500. If SME also develops course syllabus, they will receive an additional $500 bringing total compensation to $2,000.

Due to Post-specific operational and administrative considerations, the position is not approved to be performed in Alaska, California, Hawaii, or New York. Candidates must be physically located and perform their work from an approved state.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a remote, contract position responsible for collaborating with the Instructional Design team to develop an engaging, outcomes-driven online course within a three-month development cycle. The SME provides expert knowledge in the course subject area and contributes to the design of authentic, engaging content aligned with course outcomes and objectives. This role includes evaluating Instructional Design AI-generated content to enhance creativity and streamline development.
