About Shore360:

  • Shore360 is a 100% Australian-owned BP firm based in the Philippines, providing customized staffing and administrative support for international companies, handling recruitment, HR, IT, and office facilities so clients can focus on core business, offering transparent pricing, dedicated teams, and flexible setups.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly closings and maintain account schedules for dormant company.
  • Review monthly closings and forecasts for 3 subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate and maintain effective communication with subsidiaries on monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities, while following up on financial queries, variance explanations, and supporting documentation to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Perform financial and operational data analysis using AI-enabled tools (e.g Power BI), and present key insights and recommendations at board meetings when required.
  • Prepare materials and slides for board meetings.
  • Write minutes for board meetings.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly updates and submissions for Stravis to Japan HQ.
  • Assist in the annual budget exercise.
  • Assist with J-SOX
  • Preparation of annual unaudited financial statements.
  • Liaising with auditors, tax agents, and corp sec.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy/Finance
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint. Hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards from scratch, including data modelling, DAX calculations, and integration with multiple data sources to support automated and recurring business reporting.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
  • Experience handling accounting and financial reporting for overseas entities, preferably across Malaysia, Australia, and Singapore.
  • Basic understanding of group consolidation principles and intercompany accounting; hands-on consolidation experience is advantageous but not essential.
