Job description

About CoVet

CoVet is an AI copilot application built to assist veterinary professionals by saving them time and allowing them to focus more on animal care—or even get home on time. We are a small, passionate, and agile team with a strong mission to improve the veterinary industry through innovative technology.

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to support Enterprise Groups and Partnership Groups. This role is responsible for helping customers and partners move from initial interest to successful adoption by supporting the onboarding, rollout, training, and early engagement stages of the Groups’ adoption journey.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing, highly coordinated environments and enjoys turning signed or warm relationships into active, successful users. The role focuses on execution, education, and adoption rather than commercial ownership.

What you'll do

  • Support Enterprise Groups, and Partnership Groups from trial through 30 days post-signup
  • Support onboarding and launch coordination for new groups and partner relationships
  • Assist in building and managing implementation plans, timelines, checklists, and rollout activities
  • Coordinate across multiple stakeholders, including administrators, champions, partner contacts, and internal teams
  • Deliver onboarding sessions, user training, admin training, and webinar-based rollouts
  • Support pilot setup, pilot coordination, and transition from pilot to broader rollout
  • Assist with admin setup, launch readiness, and troubleshooting operational blockers
  • Own follow-up during the first 30 days post-signup to drive activation, participation, and early adoption
  • Support customer- and partner-facing demos, onsite sessions, conferences, and group events
  • Work closely with Partnerships for support launch, training, and engagement for universities, associations, and other partner groups
  • Surface any qualified leads, upsell signals, or commercial opportunities back to Sales
  • Contribute to repeatable playbooks, onboarding processes, and scalable implementation best practices

Qualifications

  • Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, account support, project coordination, or a similar customer-facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence leading webinars and training sessions
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep projects moving forward
  • Comfort working in a role that supports revenue without owning the commercial close
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product

Why Join Us?

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Remote-first culture with flexible working arrangements.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing company and make a real impact in the veterinary industry.
