Job description

About IntusCare

IntusCare is the only end-to-end ecosystem built specifically to help Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations deliver exceptional care, strengthen financial performance, and stay compliant. IntusCare replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management. We empower teams to take control of their operations and improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors - some of the most socially vulnerable and clinically complex individuals in the US healthcare system.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis through the end of the year. This role is central to keeping our hiring process running smoothly. You'll own interview scheduling and coordination end-to-end, act as a key point of contact for candidates and interviewers, and help ensure every candidate has a polished, professional experience from first contact through offer.

This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving logistical puzzles, and takes pride in clear, professional written communication.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination, including managing complex, multi-stakeholder interview panels across multiple time zones

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a timely, professional, and positive experience

  • Draft and send clear, polished written communications to candidates and interviewers (scheduling confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, offer logistics, etc.)

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and pipeline stages in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (e.g., Ashby)

  • Coordinate logistics for virtual interviews, including calendar management, video conferencing setup, and last-minute rescheduling

  • Support other recruiting operations tasks as needed, such as offer letter prep, background check coordination, and onboarding handoffs

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in a recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or executive/administrative scheduling role

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), especially calendar management via Outlook

  • Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ashby experience strongly preferred; experience with other major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) also considered

  • Excellent written communication skills: comfortable drafting clear, professional, and candidate-friendly correspondence

  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort managing a high volume of moving parts simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to shifting schedules

  • A professional, service-oriented mindset with a genuine focus on candidate experience

Role Details

  • Contract length: Now through December 31, 2026

  • Hours: Up to 40 hours/week

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this role is $24-28/Hour. We expect the ideal candidate to fall near the midpoint of this range, though final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and organizational needs.

Work location: This is a fully remote role based in the United States.
