LATAM SIBG Pricing Operations Specialist 

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world  

As a LATAM SIBG Pricing Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of pricing processes across the Safety and Industrial Business Group (SIBG) in Latin America. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the operational teams, sales, marketing, finance, and Global Pricing teams to support the implementation of pricing initiatives, assist with governance processes, monitor key indicators, and help drive operational excellence across pricing-related activities.  

The impact you will make in this role 

• You will support the execution of LATAM Price Changes according to defined timelines and business priorities, while coordinating with local teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation. 

• You will monitor pricing KPIs, including Area Price Index performance, price realization, and execution accuracy, using strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities. 

• You will assist in maintaining pricing governance processes for deals, promotions, and other pricing activities, helping improve the processes, tools, reporting, and operational discipline. 

• You will collaborate with other areas to translate customer and business needs into actionable pricing insights, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Vendavo, 3M AI Tools and similar platforms. 

Your Skills and Expertise  

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:  

• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, data analysis tools, and the ability to translate the results into actionable business insights. 

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders. 

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across business, commercial, finance, and operations teams in a dynamic regional environment. 

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Business, Marketing or related field. 

• English proficiency and Spanish fluency required. 

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:  

• Advanced Portuguese level.  

• Strategic reaction to process changes.
