Job Description:

Overview: Our Global Talent Management Team is recruiting for a co-op with strong research, project management, analytical, and communication skills. This co-op will provide support to, manage projects, and perform analysis for the talent assessment, executive development, and executive coaching practices. Responsibilities: • Opportunity to work on both Talent Management and Talent Analytics projects and tasks • Partner with the Executive Development, Talent Assessment, and Executive Coaching practices to continue to develop exceptional leaders within TJX • Manage the coordination, tracking, and administration of Executive Development, Coaching, and Assessment programs used in TJX • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis leveraging large data sets for the various GTM practices • Present findings to Global Talent Management Leaders tying data and analysis back to TJX Leadership Competencies & Cultural Factors by highlighting strengths, opportunities, and provide recommendations to overcome challenges. • Assist with managing and coordinating projects for the Global Talent Management practices • Assist with any other assignments that may arise within the GTM Function Who we are looking for: • Interest in Human Resources • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong research or analytical experience- both quantitative and qualitative. Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, word, and PowerPoint • Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a professional and confidential manner Strong attention to detail, time management, and able to work effectively with a team and independently
