Job description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Renewal Planning & Risk Management
    • Execute renewal planning activities collaborating with Account Executives and Project Managers to ensure renewal objectives are aligned and ready for execution.
    • Track renewal risks and key account updates in CRM, escalating concerns as needed.
    • Assist in coordinating cross-functional activities to support successful renewals.
  • Contract & Renewal Administration
    • Develop a working knowledge of customer contracts, subscription agreements, pricing terms, and renewal requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver renewal quotes and proposals for assigned accounts.
    • Process contract amendments, true-ups, and other renewal-related transactions.
    • Support pricing and contract discussions in collaboration with senior team members when necessary.
  • Renewal Operations
    • Ensure renewals are completed accurately and on time.
    • Maintain accurate opportunity, forecast, and renewal records in CRM and related systems.
    • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Professional Services teams to resolve renewal-related issues.
  • Customer Support & Engagement
    • Serve as a point of contact for customer renewal inquiries.
    • Connect customers with available resources, including training, webinars, events, licensing support, and escalation channels.
    • Build positive working relationships with customers and help ensure they receive value from products and services.
  • Revenue Retention Support
    • Manage a portfolio of renewal opportunities and support retention goals.
    • Identify potential renewal risks and growth opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate stakeholders.
    • Monitor renewal progress and help drive activities that support customer retention and recurring revenue.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or other fields
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis. You are well versed in Microsoft Office suite.
  • You have a proven track record of success in managing a high-volume portfolio of accounts
  • You have business acumen and ability to analyze data to address customer situations.
  • You have strong communication and follow up skills
  • You are self-motivated, goal and detail oriented, persistent and dependable
  • You have ability to establish relationships and work in a team environment
  • You have a proven experience with customer contracts, understanding terms & conditions and identifying potential issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have experience or an understanding of Customer Success industry practices & principles
  • You are passionate about helping customers be successful
  • You enjoy finding smarter ways to execute business processes
  • You have experience with enterprise software, PLM or other engineering software

Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected base salary range will be between $53,000-$65,000. This position is also bonus eligible.
