The peacemaking and conflict resolution intern helps drive the development and delivery of the Peacemaking Lab, specifically focusing on the Peacemaking in the Pews and Conflict Transformation 101, and Nonviolence courses. She ensures that participants have a transformative experience by organizing complex peacebuilding theories into accessible lessons and facilitating a welcoming, courageous learning environment.
She reports to the director of peacemaking and is an integral member of the empower team. In this role, she works collaboratively to evaluate how our courses impact the community and recommends improvements to keep our content effective and mission-aligned. She will be a
bridge-builder who enjoys the challenge of navigating religious and political conflict and helping others do the same with grace and skill.
