Overview:

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

Goldbelt C6 protects the safety and health of the country by supporting civilian public health and defense medical marketspace. C6 offers research and development, engineering, and logistics services that enhance and enlarge customers' operations. C6's expertise is focused on integrating C6ISR and scientific, engineering, and technical support for various government partners. Summary:

Goldbelt C6 is seeking a Program Analyst II to provide program management and analysis support for the Office of the Director (OD).

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare personnel actions and set up pre-consultation calls with HRO on DHQP hiring actions.
  • Confer with and represent the program and division in meetings with the Human Resources Office.
  • Monitor day-to-day program operations for policy/procedure adherence and goal achievement; take corrective action as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties requiring oversight and analysis.
  • Maintain records for evaluation, control, and documentation of activities; prepare correspondence and reports.
  • Participate during CDC response activities and training exercises under direction of the DHQP Team Lead; duties include staffing the EOC desk to help support CDC's mission.
Qualifications:

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Able to provide consultation, technical assistance, and training on program and project implementation to internal and external groups.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges.
  • Ability to work well independently, be solution-oriented, motivated, and committed to customer and company success.
  • Excellent judgment and decision making, with strong analytical skills; business intuition and business acumen.
  • Advanced use of Adobe and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
  • Previous experience working with the government procedures and guidelines.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, research, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with the CDC is highly desired to understand the culture and environment.

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 annually.
