Let’s Talk about the Role

The Senior Project Manager will lead high-impact, aftermarket projects that modernize existing power generation assets.

You will own the end-to-end execution of complex upgrades, modifications, and relocations for industrial gas and steam turbines. This is a role for a proactive leader who thrives on integration and technical challenges, serving as the primary advocate for our customers while ensuring our projects meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and financial performance.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Leading the end-to-end execution of turnkey power generation service projects, ensuring delivery against contractual, financial, and safety targets.

  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact and driving swift resolution to project challenges.

  • Creating robust project execution strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics, and field operations.

  • Managing project financials, including cost forecasting, margin enhancement, and proactive risk mitigation.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive scope and change management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within specification.

  • Improving project outcomes by applying Lean management principles and sharing best practices to enhance overall service delivery.

Special Role Requirements

  • Able to travel to various project sites as required by project needs approximately. 25%.

Skills for Success

You should be a dedicated project management professional with:

  • The ability to lead large-scale, complex industrial service projects with a focus on power generation infrastructure.

  • The capability to navigate complex contractual terms and manage multi-disciplinary project teams.

  • An expertise in project financials, risk management, and schedule control.

  • A keen interest in applying Lean methodologies to optimize project performance and reduce waste.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders in international and cross-functional settings.

A formal education in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is a great foundation for this role, and professional project management certification (PMP) or training is highly valued. We are most interested in your proven ability to deliver complex projects and your drive for operational excellence.

Fascia retributive: Tra € 60,000.00  e € 90,000.00  lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato.

The pay range for this position: Between € 60,000.00  and €90,000.00  gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus:

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘NCBA’ - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to the position. Below, we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti).
Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.

Trasferta: Solo per la  sede Troia (FG), Agrigento, biz Onshore Wind Service – indennità 20% della retribuzione giornaliera per giornata di permanenza fuori dalla sede abituale di lavoro che implichi pernottamento fuori dalla provincia di residenza.

Business trip allowance: Only for Troia (FG) and Agrigento sites, Onshore Wind Service business Work Location –Allowance equal to 20% of daily remuneration for each day spent away from the usual place of work, which involves an overnight stay outside the province of residence.
