Job description

What You’ll Do

You will lead our growth in the Prep Girls Hoops West Region, driving revenue and expanding our market reach with a specific focus on Texas, the Great Plains, and beyond. You'll manage a territory of accounts through consistent outreach, relationship building, and proactive engagement, owning a personal sales quota and executing the strategies it takes to meet or exceed it. You'll keep your CRM sharp, show up for programs before and after every event, and partner with our marketing team on showcase outreach and partnership initiatives that put Prep Girls Hoops in front of the right programs.

As our boots-on-the-ground connection to programs across the West, you'll be a key driver of our push into growing our existing markets and a trusted partner to our sales and marketing teams as we build out emerging markets. Success looks like 30%+ year-over-year territory revenue growth and at least 10 new Diamond and/or Platinum programs from Texas competing in Prep Girls Hoops events.

Who We Are

Prep Network is a sports company that connects high school athletes with college coaches. Through our nine brands, we publish over 4,000 articles each month and actively scout talented athletes across the U.S.  We aim to discover and promote promising prospects who aspire to play at the collegiate level.

In addition to our content, Prep Network is the top event operator in the U.S., hosting 200+ tournaments annually.  We offer a combination of top-tier competitions and extensive media exposure for attending teams.  Our 250+ showcases each year provide a platform for over 10,000+ prospects to compete in front of colleges, scouts, and media outlets.

We’re pumped to have been named one of the "Best Places to Work" by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal for five years running, and to land a spot on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies. Prep Network isn’t your average sports company; we’re all about helping student-athletes succeed and creating an awesome workplace.
