About the Role
As a Video Editor/Graphics Designer, you'll be the creative engine behind our clients' visual content. You'll handle video editing, graphic design, and content curation—ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the brand's vision and goals.
You'll collaborate closely with our creative team and dedicated coach to execute impactful campaigns, optimize brand messaging, and bring ideas to life through engaging visuals and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms using professional software
  
• Design graphics, thumbnails, and visual assets that connect with audiences and drive engagement
  
• Curate and adapt content to fit brand identity and platform best practices
  
• Design landing pages and support campaigns using GoHighLevel
  
• Collaborate with teammates to produce multimedia content that reinforces brand identity
  
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video and design trends
  
• Support social media content creation and scheduling
  (a plus)
  
• Curate and optimize content for SEO and digital performance
  (a plus)
  
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities
  (a plus)

🎬 Video Editing Tools (any of the following):

• Adobe Products (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  
• Final Cut Pro X
  
• DaVinci Resolve
  
• Avid Media Composer
  
• HitFilm Express
  
• Sony Vegas Pro
  
• iMovie
  
• Lightworks
  
• CapCut
  
  

🎨 Graphics Tools:

• Preferably Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  
• Canva or other professional tools are also accepted
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in video editing
  
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic desig
  
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual engagement
  
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or willingness to learn advanced features (automations, landing pages)
  
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello,
  Monday.com) is a plus
  
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization
  (a plus)
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Amenable to work in U.S. and Canadian timezones
  
• Experience in social media management is a plus
  
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  

Technical Requirements

• Computer with at least Intel Core i3 10th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 or higher
  
• Minimum 16 GB RAM for smooth editing performance
  

🎮 Graphics Card:

• Dedicated GPU, NVIDIA 10 series or higher (or equivalent)

• Stable, high-speed internet (at least 100 Mbps) for uploading, collaboration, and online workflows
