Information Technology/Application Analyst

Summary:

• Schedule: Mon-Fri 0800-1700 PST
• Work Mode: Remote with minimal travel (maybe 2x/year)
• Location: Onsite location 2001 The Embarcadero, SF CA 94133

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and implement clinical application systems.
• Provide support to clinical users by understanding clinical processes, documentation needs, workflows, and clinical practice standards.
• Collaborate with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.
• Prepare detailed specifications encompassing clinical processes, information flow, risk, and impact analysis.
• Provide customer service, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting the Radiant module (supporting, not implementing).
• Application leadership experience.
• Supervisory/management experience (will supervise 6 full-time employees and 1 contractor).
• Radiant Certification is required.

Preferred Skills:

• Cupid Certification is strongly desired but not required.
