Role Overview:

Could you be our next Lead Analyst? American Income Life is looking for a Lead Analyst to join the team!

This role is responsible for routing and managing a high volume of sales leads across a large network of sales agencies, developing and maintaining routine and ad hoc reports, and operating and maintaining automated tools. This role also partners with executive leadership to identify and deploy lead resources and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

This is a remote/work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

• Utilize proprietary software to route and manage over 900,000 sales leads across approximately 100 sales agencies.
• Leverage SQL and Excel to develop, execute, and maintain routine and ad hoc reports.
• Operate and maintain automated tools built in VBA, VBScript, and other scripting languages.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify and deploy lead resources beyond standard processes.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners through both written and verbal channels.

What You Can Bring:

• 4 years’ experience in work environment with reporting and communicating responsibilities, or Bachelor’s degree with relevant education.
• 4 years’ experience (or relevant education) working in a remote work environment.
• A demonstrated ability to manage work independently and deliver consistent results.
• Ability to pass a written communication test.
• Ability to pass Excel and/or SQL test.
