About the Role

Arctic Wolf is seeking a Channel Manager to lead and grow our partner business across Western Canada. Based in Alberta, this role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with partners, driving pipeline and revenue growth, increasing partner engagement, and expanding Arctic Wolf's market presence throughout the region.

The Channel Manager serves as the primary owner of the partner ecosystem within the territory, working closely with partner executives, sales teams, marketing, customer success, distribution partners, and Arctic Wolf field resources to execute a shared growth strategy.

This role requires a highly collaborative individual who can influence at all levels of partner organizations, develop meaningful business plans, and drive measurable outcomes through joint execution.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and be willing to travel extensively throughout Western Canada.

Responsibilities

Drive Territory Growth

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for Western Canada.

  • Identify, prioritize, and invest resources in partners that deliver the greatest opportunity for growth.

  • Drive predictable pipeline generation and revenue growth through partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting and territory planning.

Build Strategic Partner Relationships

  • Establish trusted relationships with partner executives, sales leaders, technical teams, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular business reviews and planning sessions with strategic partners.

  • Align Arctic Wolf resources with partner growth initiatives and business objectives.

  • Act as the voice of the partner internally while representing Arctic Wolf's strategy externally.

Activate and Enable Partners

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop strategic partners across the territory.

  • Drive partner participation in enablement programs, certifications, campaigns, and sales initiatives.

  • Work with partners to create and execute joint go-to-market plans.

  • Ensure partners can effectively position and sell Arctic Wolf solutions.

Expand Pipeline and Market Presence

  • Collaborate with partners on demand generation activities, account mapping, executive engagement, customer events, and opportunity development.

  • Identify new routes to market and opportunities to expand Arctic Wolf's footprint within the territory.

  • Support partners in driving new logo acquisition while accelerating early-stage opportunity conversion.

  • Leverage distribution and ecosystem relationships to maximize market coverage and growth.

Deepen Strategic Engagement

  • Strengthen partner commitment through executive sponsorship, strategic planning, and ongoing engagement.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to support customer retention and expansion opportunities.

  • Gather and communicate partner feedback to help shape future programs, initiatives, and investments.

  • Foster long-term relationships that create mutual value for both Arctic Wolf and our partners.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Operations, and Distribution teams.

  • Ensure a consistent partner experience across all stages of the partner lifecycle.

  • Support conflict resolution and maintain alignment with Arctic Wolf's channel-first philosophy and partner program guidelines.

  • Champion collaboration and accountability across internal and external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of channel, partner, sales, business development, or account management experience within the technology industry.

  • Proven success building and growing partner relationships.

  • Experience developing business plans and executing joint go-to-market strategies.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working within CRM and forecasting systems.

  • Ability to influence without authority and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.

  • Valid passport and ability to travel a minimum of 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, networking, or enterprise software.

  • Experience working with solution providers, VARs, national partners, and distribution partners.

  • Experience managing executive-level relationships.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.

The base salary range for this job family is 86,500 to 156,000 CAD annually. This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure. Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level. In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
