Project Manager (Animal Health)

This is a remote position.

• Lead business requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization for integration and commercial technology initiatives.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into actionable requirements.
  
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements review meetings to gather and refine business needs.
  
• Create and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and business specifications.
  
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization.
  
• Facilitate alignment and communication between business teams, Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, integration teams, and external vendors.
  
• Support demand intake, business impact assessments, backlog refinement, prioritization, release planning, and solution evaluation activities.
  
• Assist with testing and user acceptance activities, ensuring requirements traceability, solution validation, and business readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, process maps, workflow diagrams, traceability matrices, UAT materials, and knowledge transfer artifacts to support successful delivery and transition to internal teams.
