Job description

This is a remote position.

Remote Fraud & Dispute Support Agent – Financial Services

Living for Tomorrow is currently accepting applications for a remote financial-services opportunity focused on fraud detection, transaction verification, disputes, and chargebacks.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable handling sensitive financial information, and able to follow strict compliance procedures while assisting customers.

Compensation

Production Pay: $13.00–$14.00 per hour
Certification Pay: $7.00 per hour

Agents work as independent contractors and select available servicing intervals based on program availability and servicing requirements.

What You’ll Do

Agents may be responsible for:

  • Evaluating disputes and chargebacks
  • Investigating suspected fraudulent activity
  • Reviewing cardholder and transaction information
  • Handling inbound transaction-verification calls
  • Making outbound verification calls when required
  • Monitoring systems for possible fraudulent behavior
  • Following financial-services compliance and verification procedures
  • Managing cases within required regulatory and program timelines
  • Accurately documenting cardholder, card, transaction, and case information

Servicing Availability

Intervals may be available:

24 hours a day
7 days a week
365 days a year

Availability is based on program need.

Agents must be able to service:

5 hours / 10 intervals on Saturdays and/or Sundays

During the Certification SOW, agents must service at least:

10 hours / 20 intervals per week

Certification Schedule

Phase 1: October 13, 2026–November 4, 2026
Phase 2: November 5, 2026–November 18, 2026

Monday–Friday
9:00 AM–3:00 PM ET

Certification includes instructor-led training, self-study, systems and compliance training, and live certification call-taking.

Certification Requirements

Successful certification includes:

  • 90% or higher on required assessments
  • 90% or higher on the final assessment
  • 100% completion of required self-study work
  • Successful completion of Phase 1
  • Average QA of at least 90% across required certification calls
  • No non-negotiable quality misses
  • Completion of the required Security Awareness course with a score of at least 85%

Equipment Requirements

Agents must have:

  • Windows 11 computer with all updates completed
  • At least 8 GB RAM
  • Intel Core i5 6th generation or newer
  • At least 4 processor cores
  • Processor speed of at least 2.4 GHz
  • Dual monitors
  • Hardwired Ethernet connection
  • Hardwired USB headset with phone-quality audio
  • Noise-cancelling microphone
  • Webcam for certification
  • Apple or Android smartphone for secondary verification

A client-provided security device may also be required and must be returned when servicing ends.

Performance Expectations

Agents are expected to maintain:

  • Commitment Adherence: 90% or higher
  • Average Handle Time: Less than 370 seconds
  • Quality Assurance: Above 90%
  • Voice of Customer: Above 95%

Accuracy, documentation, security, and compliance are critical in this role.

Screening & Enrollment Requirements

This opportunity requires:

  • Background check
  • Drug screening
  • Photo ID verification

There is currently no cost for the required background check and drug screening.

The drug screening must be scheduled within 48 hours of receiving the vendor email.

Required screenings must be successfully completed at least 14 days before class begins.

  • Have a quiet and professional home workspace

Additional enrollment restrictions may apply based on recent banking-program experience, prior certification history, current enrollments, or prior SOW terminations.
