We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Virtual Assistants for a role in Field Maintenance Coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication between field crews and remote project managers
- Coordinate schedules and communication between hospitals, warehouse, laundry and other department.
- Create and manage scheduled for field employees and adjust staffing as project needs change.
- Monitor employee attendance, productivity and work performance.
- Hold team members accountable for deadlines, workmanship, and company standards
- Address poo-quality work promptly and professionally, cocumenting issues as needed.
- Track project progress and provide accurate status updates to management
- Prapare and process invoices and other project-related documentation
- Ensure field operations remain organized, efficient and aligned with project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience in field operations, construction, manufacturing or project coordination
- Strong leadersp and commuinication skills iwth the confidence to enforce standards
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and scheduling abilites
- Experience with attendance tracking, performance monitoring, and employee accountability
- Familiarity with invoicing and basic administrative process
- Proficient with remot communication and project management tools.
- Able to make sound decisions and resolve issues independently
