Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with an innovative, AI tech-forward personal injury law firm handling high-stakes litigation across California is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience. This firm leverages modern legal technology to streamline practice workflows, allowing attorneys to focus on high-value litigation strategies, negotiation, and client advocacy.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and litigate a dynamic caseload of personal injury matters across California state courts from initial filing through resolution.

• Prepare, draft, and argue pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation briefs, and trial submissions.

• Conduct and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, medical professionals, expert witnesses, and corporate representatives.

• Utilize AI-driven legal tools and modern law firm tech stacks to draft documents, analyze case strategy, and conduct legal research.

• Attend court hearings, arbitrations, mandatory settlement conferences, mediations, and trials.

Requirements:

• Active member with the State Bar of California.

• 2 to 5 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury. First-chair trial experience is strongly preferred.

• Must currently reside in California and maintain a quiet, dedicated home office equipped for virtual court appearances and confidential client calls.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $210,000 (Higher base salary available for candidates with verified first-chair trial experience).

• Direct referral fee compensation on generated/referred cases (paid regardless of whether you actively work on the case).

• Settlement bonuses on resolved matters.

• Performance bonuses based on overall productivity and results.Year-end bonus structure.

• Firm covers registration and membership fees for CLEs, seminars, legal organizations, etc.
