Job description

The Challenge

The role of the Talent Coordinator is to partner with a team of Talent Partners, Hiring Managers and Interviewers by ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the interviewing and onboarding process throughout EMEA.

What you’ll do

  • The Talent Coordinator’s time will be spent across three key areas; Candidate Management (75%), Client Management (20%) and Talent Operations projects (5%).

  • Simultaneously support multiple Talent Partners to manage the candidate flow through interviews, offer and hiring.

  • Manage complex candidate interview scheduling for phone screens, in-person and remote interviews, and panel interviews. This may include travel arrangements for candidates.

  • Audit offer and candidate information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process.

  • Work with the Data Operations team to ensure the candidate is hired accurately into Workday and create the new hire files.

  • Participate and support other Talent Operations as necessary, including University Talent, Global Mobility, and Employment Branding.

  • Support the University Program with interview scheduling, offer creation and hiring.

What you need to succeed 

  • Required: Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing).

  • Work efficiently, have a natural sense of urgency and effectively allocate time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.

  • Act with integrity, build trust with others by being consistent, modelling the desired behaviour, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect.

  • Passion for exceptional customer service.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

  • Strong professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with candidates and hiring managers at various levels.

  • Action-oriented; can run autonomously; can make sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty.

  • Previous experience with Workday is advantageous.
