Job description

As a Trade Marketeer IBERIA you are accountable for Executing and Implementing Marketing and Trade Marketing initiatives, in order to support the LW value and volume ambitions within the assigned country.

This is a temporary role starting December 1st until July 1st 2027.

You will be a pivot role among Core EMEA Marketing and local Sales Execution, helping both sides to be at same speed on key priorities.

Deep Business and Route to Market understanding is required, in order to support both Pull and Push initiatives.

You will be working in the IBERIA region and will report to the EMEA Marketing Manager.

What do you do?

  • Ensure consistent deployment and execution of EMEA marketing campaigns & initiatives.
  • Deploy local campaigns in line with EMEA Marketing guidelines.
  • Contribute to improving the effectiveness of all the Sales Funnel steps, in order to generate qualified leads.
  • Enable and equip the sales team to practice consultative selling to become a preferred partner to our customers.
  • In cooperation with the Marketing Manager and Country Sales Manager, build and implement PULL & PUSH trade marketing plans and activation in IBERIA
  • Contribute to the long-term Route to Market strategy and develop the initiatives in the focus segments.
  • Ensure the aligned timing of launches and campaigns with customers and the sales team.
  • Support the marketing team and the Country Sales Manager in developing the country’s Annual Operating Plan.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to further improve customer engagement in the channel across regions.
  • Stay current on market trends, industry standards and competitor activities.

What do you bring?

  • At least a bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marketing, Marketing Communication or Category Management.
  • 5 years of marketing experience within the Foodservice sector in the country. FMCG is a plus.
  • Understanding of the channels and customers.
  • Comfortable in handling matrix organizations, with strong negotiating skills.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Open to travel within the country and to the Netherlands; flexibility is essential.
