Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IBM Tivoli Output Manager (TOM) Administrator with strong z/OS Mainframe experience to support enterprise output management, report distribution, archiving, and production operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Tivoli Output Manager for z/OS, JES2/JES3, SDSF, JCL, and mainframe production support environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support IBM Tivoli Output Manager (TOM) for z/OS.
• Manage JES spool/SYSOUT capture, routing, retention, and archiving.
• Configure TOM policies for report distribution and output management.
• Automate routing of reports to users, printers, datasets, and external systems.
• Configure output definitions, indexing, retention, and archival rules.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Tivoli Output Manager.
• Integrate TOM with JES2/JES3, SDSF, and mainframe security tools.
• Monitor output queues, report generation, and batch job outputs.
• Troubleshoot spool, report capture, distribution, and archival issues.
• Support production batch cycles, high availability, on-call activities, and DR exercises.
• Implement access controls and support secure report delivery.
• Analyze spool usage and optimize output storage and retrieval.
• Work with IBM support and vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Support automation using REXX, NetView, or SA z/OS where applicable.
