The work model for the role is a mix of onsite and remote work with a certain onsite presence requested. #LI-Remote


Key responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will contribute your expertise in analytical technology and be responsible for preparing proposals and managing projects in the field of continuous gas analysis. You will be responsible for local proposal and project management within our business unit and will drive sustainable change. In doing so, you will ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with regulations, standards, and targets.


You will be mainly accountable for:
 

  • You will be responsible for reviewing, providing technical clarification, and conducting preliminary commercial assessments, as well as performing risk reviews for our clients’ inquiries and orders.
  • You will prepare quotes, process orders and projects, and support our clients from the quotation phase through to successful project completion.
  • You will monitor project deadlines, costs, and risks, and regularly report costs and project status to the Controlling department and the Head of Project Management.
  • You will prepare project documentation and conduct customer acceptance tests on-site at the customer’s location or at the system integrator’s site.
  • When necessary, you will also support the field sales team on-site during joint customer visits.

You’ll become part of a dedicated and talented team that uses innovative analytical techniques to create sustainable solutions and optimize industrial processes—a challenge that’s both rewarding and meaningful.


Qualifications for the role


  • You have at least 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in analytical technology. Ideally, you have already worked in a comparable position and gained experience with relevant technologies and products.
  • You have already gained sales experience, including working directly with customers on-site, and have successfully completed larger projects both domestically and internationally.
  • You are innovative, enthusiastic about efficient structures and processes, and have a strong passion for communication and problem-solving.
  • You hold a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field and have experience in analytical technology.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
