Overview
Milliman’s Indianapolis Health Practice is looking for a Senior Managed Care Pharmacy Consultant to join our growing team. This position requires 10+ years of professional experience developing and executing on a diverse array of pharmaceutical projects simultaneously, championing new and existing client accounts. Our team consults for many of the top 20 pharmaceutical manufacturers, including some of the world’s largest companies. The ideal candidate is looking to apply their deep subject matter expertise in managed care, P&T and formulary strategy to help new technologies develop access strategies that address complicated business challenges.

The Team
The life sciences consulting team is a group of 70+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers. This group works primarily with life sciences companies and consults on their relationship with insurance companies and other stakeholders of the pharmaceutical value chain.
Location
This role is based out of the Milliman office in Indianapolis, IN but candidates hired into this role may work remotely anywhere in the US. This job posting is expected to close on December 1, 2026.
Compensation
The overall salary range for this role is $131,600 - $249,780. For candidates residing in:
