Job description

Job Description Summary

GE Vernova is looking for a high-achieving student to join our team at the intersection of cyber security, software engineering, and critical energy infrastructure. You will support the deployment and security of platforms that manage the modern digital electricity grid.

Who we are
At GE Vernova’s Grid Software business, we are the architects of the modern energy grid. Our software solutions, including ADMS and DERMS, act as the "brain" of the grid, allowing utilities to manage the unprecedented complexity of renewable energy integration, battery storage, and distributed resources. We don't just build software; we provide the critical intelligence that keeps the lights on, ensures grid stability, and accelerates the global transition to a sustainable, decarbonized future. Join us and work on the technology that is literally powering the world’s transition to net-zero.

Why this role matters : The energy transition is digital. You will move beyond theory to help implement secure software solutions within Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS)—the technology driving the future of electricity.
