We are seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Case Manager to support our growing legal team.

This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.

You will play a critical role in supporting case progression, maintaining client communication, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple practice areas.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. PST 

Monthly compensation: 1,220 to 1,320 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with clients and medical providers via phone and email
  • Maintain organized case files and track deadlines
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents (training provided)
  • Assist with pre-litigation case development (Personal Injury)
  • Support attorneys with case preparation
  • Ensure all communications reflect professionalism and clarity
  • Request, track, and organize medical records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Legal background or prior law firm experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism and accountability

  • Clear speaking voice with strong articulation

  • Ability to handle sensitive client interactions with emotional intelligence

  • Strong grammar and attention to detail

  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to systems/processes
