About The Role: 

Veralto is seeking a People Insights Data & Application Management Lead to contribute to the mission of the People Insights team, which is to position HR as a data-driven organization by actioning insights through operations. The People Insights team is a key element of shared services which enable the delivery of the best associate experience and enable our HR teams and associates to focus on their highest-value work through operational excellence, technology, and analytics.  

This position is remote in Mexico and reports to the People Insights Product Delivery Leader. 

As the People Insights Data & Application Management Lead, you will shape data strategy and quality by ensuring data integrity, integration, and availability and evolving the data model to support People Insights’ strategic priorities and deliverables. Through this work, you will create a trusted and scalable data foundation that powers analytics, key initiatives, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your Responsibilities:

You will: 

  • Support the development and maintenance of HR data architecture, integrations, and data pipelines across HR systems, analytics platforms, and reporting tools 

  • Partner with internal and external HR data SMEs and technology teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of HR data used for analytics and reporting 

  • Maintain HR data quality and governance standards through audits, validation processes, data cleansing, data dictionaries, KPI definitions, and documentation 

  • Manage the data model, ETL processes, data feeds, and system integrations that support HR reporting, analytics, and operational processes 

  • Support the administration and optimization of HR information systems and people analytics platforms 

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions that improve accessibility and usability of workforce data 

  • Implement data privacy, confidentiality, security, and regulatory compliance standards related to sensitive employee information 

  • Collaborate with People Insights Business Partners to understand business requirements and recommend scalable data and reporting solutions 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and analyze emerging technologies, system enhancements, and industry trends related to HR data management, governance, reporting, and HRIS capabilities 

Job Requirements: 

The essential requirements of the job include: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Management, Analytics, HRIS, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, or analytics infrastructure, including demonstrated experience addressing and improving data quality and data management 

  • 3+ years of experience with HR systems and platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, One Model, or similar), including ETL processes, data integrations, and relational databases 

  • Strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, data validation, and data privacy and security standards related to sensitive employee information with strong attention to detail 

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and managing complex datasets, with experience in Python, R, or other data engineering and transformation languages 

  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and support business needs 

It would be a plus if you also have prior experience in: 

  • Experience working in HR, People Analytics, or workforce analytics environments, with familiarity with HR metrics, workforce analytics, and employee data structures 

  • Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating cross-functional data quality improvement projects and operational deliverables 

  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Power Query, or similar platforms, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail 

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, HRIS, Business Analytics, or a related discipline 

  • Familiarity with cloud data environments, data warehousing concepts, enterprise analytics platforms, data modeling, automation, or workflow optimization techniques 

  • Experience supporting enterprise data governance frameworks, metadata management practices, and system implementations, enhancements, or HR technology transformation initiatives 

  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Kanban, or other continuous improvement and operational excellence methodologies
