A equipe busca um profissional orientado a desafios para integrar um ambiente colaborativo e transformar fontes de dados diversas em decisões estratégicas. O dia a dia exige ir além do BI tradicional — aplicando análises preditivas/prescritivas e dashboards impactantes —, além de lidar com prazos, propor métricas e traduzir dados em insights claros para o negócio.

Entregas e responsabilidades: 

  • Criação de análises, dashboards e relatórios que gerem impacto, identificando padrões e oportunidades;
  • Garantir integridade e qualidade dos dados, detectando e até mesmo solucionando problemas que podem ocorrer a partir da coleta e da modelagem de dados;
  • Manter uma comunicação eficaz com stakeholders;
  • Participar/Liderar iniciativas que alavanquem a cultura data driven na empresa;
  • Garantir que falhas geram aprendizados. 
  • Manter boa comunicação com as demais áreas para que seja possível mapear os dados e apoiar na implementação de soluções que contemplem regras de negócio;
  • Criar e dar manutenção nos dashboards que ajudem a empresa a monitorar as principais métricas e KPIs da empresa ou vertical;
  • Analisar dados para identificar tendências e gerar insights para as áreas;
  • Contribuir na modelagem de dados;
  • Apoiar nas discussões sobre regras de negócio para garantir a criação e manutenção de KPIs estratégicos das unidades de negócio da empresa;
  • Levantar, investigar e propor resolução de problemas de negócio usando estratégias data-driven.
