Booking Agent – Hotels and Travel

Do you enjoy researching hotels, comparing accommodations, and helping others organize their travel plans? We are looking for motivated individuals interested in assisting clients with hotel reservations, vacation accommodations, and additional travel arrangements.

This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys research, customer service, and working with details. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are available to help you learn the booking process.

What You'll Do

Research hotels, resorts, and other accommodations based on client preferences and budgets

Compare room options, amenities, locations, and available rates

Assist with hotel and vacation reservations

Research destinations and recommend accommodation options that meet client needs

Coordinate additional travel arrangements when requested

Help organize confirmation details and important travel information

Communicate with clients regarding reservation details, updates, and deadlines

Assist with booking modifications and travel updates when needed

Maintain accurate and organized client and reservation information

Stay informed about destinations, hotel products, and available travel resources

Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking proces

No Previous Travel Experience Required

Previous hotel booking or travel industry experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing support are available to help you learn reservation processes, travel supplier platforms, destination research, client service, and booking fundamentals.
