Job description

Shift:

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Support the Customer Product Stewardship Team by reviewing, organizing, and summarizing documents, and preparing reports and assessments. The role requires a self-motivated team player who can manage multiple projects. 

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

The salary for this position reflects a variety of factors. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Market conditions, budgetary considerations, and organizational compensation guidelines may also influence the final offer

What You'll Do:

  • Review, prepare and compile documents from internal and external databases, Chemical database management systems

  • Support regulatory compliance by obtaining documentation to maintain product level data in all  Systems

  • Prepare Chemical Hazard Summaries and Biological Evaluation Generate and review hazard communication documents/product labels

  • Create and/or evaluate reports as need to ensure compliance with applicable regulations in division activities

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related science  

  • 0-2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage is preferred  

  • Experience with chemical databases preferred - Possess problem solving skills and have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Have a basic understanding of hazard communication and regulatory compliance issues with one year of experience regulatory and hazard communication preferred.
