Installation Specialist

Job Overview

We seek a top talent to coordinate installations with a strong skillset in handling customers, contractors, and interacting with sales team, accounting team and office team members. Location: This is a Remote role and can be based anywhere in the continental US.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process

  • Plan, schedule, direct and execute production activities

  • Communicate production progress with customers throughout the process

  • Develop cost-effective measures to achieve exceptional business practices

  • Adapt to changes in the market and respond to customer demands

  • Maintain current product knowledge and industry trends

  • Implement and maintain company directives and policies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a production coordinator in the home improvement/renovation or restoration industry preferred

  • Strong understanding of residential building standards

  • Working knowledge of technical software

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Pay Range:

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

$4,083.57 - $7,152.75

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
