Job description

This role is remote, though we're prioritizing candidates based in Georgia.

The Clover Home Care team is responsible for ensuring patients have access to the right care at the right time, in the right setting. We are a group of caring and passionate professionals dedicated to improving the lives of our most vulnerable members by providing in-home primary care, annual wellness visits, supportive care services, behavioral health and community services coordination. 

The Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist supports the daily scheduling and logistics of our growing field-based clinical workforce. This role manages provider availability, assignments, routes, and real-time schedule changes to ensure patients receive timely care and field teams operate efficiently.

As a Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist, you will:

  • Manage clinician schedules, profiles, availability, and service areas in CareLink.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics across Georgia and New Jersey.
  • Optimize clinician routes based on geography, availability, and operational priorities.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling errors, overbooking, unused capacity, and coverage gaps.
  • Manage last-minute schedule changes caused by callouts, urgent requests, and field needs.
  • Coordinate daily assignments for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
  • Support the PTO approval and schedule-update process in partnership with clinical managers.
  • Respond to real-time scheduling questions and resolve scheduling-related concerns.
  • Train new clinical team members and operational partners on CareLink workflows.
  • Use approved AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive workflows, improve accuracy, and reduce manual work.
  • Document processes and maintain cross-training to ensure consistent operational coverage.

  • You currently live in Georgia, previously lived there, or can demonstrate extensive knowledge of Georgia geography, travel patterns, and regional differences.
  • You have experience using AI or automation tools to improve business workflows.
  • You are highly organized and can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong attention to detail and can quickly identify and resolve operational issues.
  • You communicate effectively with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
  • You are comfortable learning new systems and working in an evolving environment.
  • Experience with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel is preferred.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:$57,700—$75,000 USD
