About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst in Cybersecurity supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM). Learn more about career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com.

The Lead Information Security Analyst will be responsible for Application Onboarding and Integration to IAM control solutions for policy compliance.

This lead position will engage application and line of business teams including senior leadership required to enforce onboarding, adoption and integration to IAM approved solutions.  This position will support the modernization and engagement model for IAM requirements into Sunrise, IAM critical initiatives, control execution and regulatory requirements.


In this role, you will:

  • Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of information security compliance policy, risk management, and remediation
  • Direct information security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to an asset to influence control decisions
  • Provide consulting on security risk assessment and research, and recommend remediation plans and strategies
  • Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions
  • Consult the organization on complex security issues and findings
  • Manage the most complex and critical information assets
  • Evaluate and interpret internal and companywide information security policies, processes, standards, and participate with more experienced leaders in decision making on information security
  • Serve as information security lead to advise on the development and delivery of Information Security Education and Awareness
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and teams
  • Coordinate with vendor manager on third party assets to manage information security risks
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project or product management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 2+ years experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with a strong focus on application onboarding, integration and adoption across enterprise environments.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Kerberos) and access control models (e.g., RBAC, ABAC, PBAC).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure onboarding processes and workflows for new applications, ensuring alignment with organizational security policies and compliance requirement
  • 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
  • 2+ years of change management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
  • Risk analysis and quantification experience
  • Client relationship management experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Knowledge and understanding of full life cycle application development
  • Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to grasp complex business issues quickly, recommend solutions, and drive for resolutions
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Visio skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
  • Ability to facilitate meetings among remote resources
  • Ability to present to multiple levels of management
  • Experience in the financial services industry

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $206,000.00
