  • Fachliche Verantwortung für Buchhaltungsvorbereitung und Monatsabschlüsse – sauber, termingerecht, abschlussreif

  • Schrittweises Insourcing der aktuell extern geführten Buchhaltung

  • Maßgebliche Mitarbeit bei der NetSuite-Einführung: Prozessdesign, Datenmigration, Systemlogik

  • Reporting an Geschäftsführung und unsere Muttergesellschaft (SAMY Group)

  • Fachlicher Rückhalt und Weiterentwicklung des Accounting-Teams

DAS SOLLTEST DU WISSEN

  • Wir sind PE-finanziert (seit 2025) – Reporting-Anforderungen und Prozessumbau laufen parallel. Phasenweise anspruchsvoll

  • Operative Mitarbeit ist Realität. Der strategische Anteil wächst – ersetzt Hands-on aber nicht.

  • Fachkarriere, keine Führungskarriere. Du gehst fachlich voran und führst über Kompetenz, nicht über Personalverantwortung

  • Wir arbeiten vollständig remote – gelebter Alltag, kein Kompromiss. Du kannst also remote arbeiten oder in einem der drei Büros in Berlin, Hamburg oder Köln.

Gleichzeitig bekommst du einen Gestaltungsraum, den die wenigsten Inhouse-Rollen bieten: Du baust das Fundament – Prozesse und Struktur – für das Insourcing und NetSuite von Grund auf mit. Deine Zahlen gehen direkt an die Geschäftsführung und in die SAMY-Group, und du prägst die Automatisierungs- und Reporting-Ebene mit. Kurz: Du baust etwas auf, statt Bestehendes zu verwalten – und wer das über Jahre weiterentwickeln will, ist hier genau richtig.
