This is a high-impact, customer-facing role with real ownership of key convenience retail accounts. You'll drive profitable growth across convenience chains and independent operators by building strategic partnerships, executing joint business plans, and bringing brands to life at the point of purchase. We're looking for a self-starter who combines the strategic mindset of a planner with the hustle of a hunter — someone who tells compelling stories with data, builds partnerships that last, and consistently finds ways to win. If you bring energy, curiosity, and a relentless drive to grow in a fast-paced commercial environment, this role is for you.
How you will contribute
You will:
Own and grow key convenience retail accounts - Build and execute customer-specific joint business plans that deliver sustainable, mutually beneficial growth
Drive execution - Expand core distribution, increase in-store display activation, and flawlessly execute innovation launches across all assigned outlets, leveraging the Convenience Customer Marketing Agreement
Build strategic partnerships - Develop deep, trust-based relationships with customers, distributor partners, and cross-functional internal teams to maximize collaborative impact
Champion in-store excellence - Oversee all activities critical to account success including new distribution gains, shopper marketing program development, merchandising, shelf management, and national sales program execution
Lead with insights - Use syndicated data, shopper insights, and category trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations that resonate with customers
Coordinate and communicate - Ensure a focused, aligned sales effort against key commercial priorities through clear communication and proactive coordination across stakeholders
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
1–3 years in a customer-facing sales role within the FMCG/CPG industry with demonstrated selling and negotiating success
Proven ability to develop and execute high impact selling strategies that grow revenue and market share
Strong analytical capability including the able to interpret and act on syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen/Circana) to build compelling customer stories
Skilled negotiator and influencer who can navigate commercial conversations with confidence
Demonstrated relationship builder who fosters long-term partnerships with customers and distributors while driving mutual growth
Understanding of multiple customer go-to-market strategies, organizational structures, and business practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate-to-advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Track record of delivering results, solving problems creatively, and operating with a sense of urgency
Travel requirements: 25-30%
