Role: Business Operations Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 3+ Months contract.
Pay Rate: $54/hr on W2.
Job Description::
Be the steward / owner of the Central Security budget, ensuring data accuracy and completeness with attention to detail
- Recommend and implement improvements for how we manage our budget, following industry best practices
- Partner with program team members to drive initiatives to clarify and improve overall budget management processes
- Support adoption and integration with various Financial tooling systems and services, maintaining parity of information across sources
- Support tactical / operational asks including budget status, information requests, change management, and more
- Track and maintain budget utilization reports, cross-referenced against org strategic initiatives
- Partner effectively with key internal and external (Finance, Sourcing) stakeholders + partners, while building and maintaining key relationships
- Deliver monthly / quarterly analysis detailing budget status, utilization, and major changes
- Support internal communications on broad-based and specific per-project progress, including written updates and presentations
- Manage vendor contracts and procurement operations, including PR/PO processing, invoicing, and accruals.
- Track and reconcile budgets using Google Sheets and Tableau; apply advanced formulas and reporting techniques.
- Support intake/ticketing workflows for request management and status updates.
- Draft clear written reports and communications for internal stakeholders.
- Oversee a portfolio of $10M+ in vendor spend, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Utilize client’s internal tools such as Buy@, Contracts Hub, and GSD Tasks to support business operations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing competing deadlines across multiple workstreams.---
## Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor contracts or procurement operations.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Tableau (budget tracking, reconciliation, formulas).
- Familiarity with procurement processes (PR/PO, invoicing, accruals).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience with intake/ticketing workflows (request management

Education/Experience:
•Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field
•Experience with payroll processing and wage attachment
