Your Role

• Conduct end-end recruiting process (sourcing, selection, job offer and on-boarding)
• Coordinate hiring activities, using sales and marketing techniques to find talent
• Coordinates with the hiring manager to further calibrate and provide the right talent
• Prepare and post job ads online
• Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
• Manage application in Applicant Tool System
• Resolve issues as fast as possible
• Deliver results prior deadline

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in BPO volume recruitment

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Recruiting and interviewing skills
• Phone and online meeting platform skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and take direction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office systems
• Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets (optional)
• Willing to work in a rotational shift environment
