The Opportunity : 

Acuative is hiring high-energy, driven Sales Director that can navigate and manage the complexities of the telecommunications industry. We are looking for Industry experts that are used to selling into and through Service Provider channels in the US and around the world. You will own the responsibility of the account’s success for full cycle and will be given the latitude to chart the winning path. You will be backed by a competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure that rewards net-new growth.

What You Will Do (Essential Functions) : 

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Own end-to-end net-new business acquisition and, where applicable, cross-sell into existing accounts.
  • Develop Strategy & Planning: Analyze key financial and market drivers as well as initiatives to identify growth opportunities and drive adoption of Acuative's position as a strategic partner.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate long-term client and selling relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and trust with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally: Work together with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Project Management to shape proposals that meet technical and compliance requirements.
  • Lead Generation: Execute proactive prospecting and disciplined pipeline management to continuously build and maintain a strong funnel of net-new opportunities.
  • Negotiate & Close: Guide multi-stakeholder deals through evaluation, negotiation, and contracting, delivering measurable revenue results against quota.

The Support Ecosystem : 

You will partner closely with our world-class Solution Architects, Pre-Sales Engineers, and Project Management Offices to design, pitch, and deploy tailored solutions across the full spectra of Acuative capabilities for client success — including field services, equipment/logistics, staff augmentation, carrier services and aggregation, campus and global enterprise managed networks across a wide range of technology platforms. 

What You Bring (Qualifications) : 

Required: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10–12 years of enterprise technology and channel sales experience, with a proven history of exceeding revenue and production targets.
  • Deal Management: Proven track record managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals through long, complex sales motions.
  • Executive Presence: Transformational leadership skills with executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.

Preferred : 

  • Deep understanding of complex accounts in sell to, sell through, sell with and buy from motions with proven success in navigating.
  • Relationships and sales success within the Service Provider (Carriers) supporting their objectives in wireline, wireless and value added services
  • Current strong relationships in our current accounts with ability to quickly generate a pipeline and business.
