UAE National HR Supervisor

Location: UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Days: 5 days per week
Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Work Arrangement: On-site, no work from home
Salary: Around AED 14,000 + standard company benefits

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced UAE National HR Supervisor to support and manage HR matters for our Emirati workforce. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for UAE National employees, focusing on employee relations, engagement, retention, recruitment, and compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements, Emiratisation, and Nafis regulations.

This role requires a mature and experienced HR professional with strong interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of UAE employment regulations, and the ability to handle employee matters with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for UAE National employees across the organization.
  • Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in a fair and confidential manner.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives for Emirati employees.
  • Support career development, professional growth, and internal mobility initiatives for UAE Nationals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, Emiratisation requirements, and Nafis guidelines.
  • Monitor and stay updated on changes to MOHRE and Nafis policies and requirements.
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding activities for UAE National positions.
  • Support the smooth integration of new Emirati employees into the organization.
  • Advise employees and line managers on performance management, employee development, and HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to Emirati headcount, recruitment, turnover, engagement, and employee relations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and provide relevant workforce insights to management.
  • Partner with management and other HR teams to address employee-related matters and support organizational objectives.



Requirements
  • UAE National female with a valid Family Book / Qulasat Al Qaid.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5–6 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years of experience in Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, Emiratisation requirements, and Nafis.
  • Previous experience supporting or managing a sizeable UAE National workforce is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and active listening abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent in Arabic and professional English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR matters effectively.
  • Candidates with a mature professional profile and extensive HR experience are preferred.
