Job Overview

The Director of Continuous Improvement will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen TE Connectivity’s culture of operational excellence. This role is not only about improving processes—it is about developing people, enabling leaders, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset across the organisation. Working globally and cross-functionally, they will align business strategy with execution, foster collaboration, and build the organisational capabilities that drive long-term success.

This is a fully remote opportunity.

What your background should look like

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience 
  • Experience in Human Resources leadership roles, including partnership with manufacturing, plant, site, or operational teams.
  • Experience designing and deploying Organizational Design, workforce planning, or operating model transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and lead large-scale group problem-solving, strategy, or change management sessions across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated success coaching and influencing leaders, managers, and employees at all organizational levels to drive adoption of new ways of working.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement principles to people, talent, organizational effectiveness, or HR processes and programs.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide continuous improvement, operational excellence, Lean, or business transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to influence, coach, and develop leaders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience driving organizational change and building sustainable improvement cultures.
  • Ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and cultures.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing teams.
  • Experience aligning organizational design and workforce strategies with business objectives and enterprise transformation efforts.
