Are you ready to take ownership, drive improvements, and grow in a collaborative, cross-functional environment? We are looking for a Sustaining Engineer, Lifecycle Management, to support our growing user base and ensure our products continue to deliver the best possible experience

About the Role

As Sustaining Engineer, you will manage change controls and lifecycle activities across our existing product portfolio. You will join a cross-functional team coordinating product and process changes with R&D, Marketing, Production, and Process Development.

The role is based at our production site in Hörby, with the opportunity to work from home or the Malmö office 1–2 days per week, depending on business needs.

Your main responsibilities 

  • Drive and coordinate changes to existing products and processes in accordance with established procedures.
  • Update and manage technical product documentation. 
  • Be primarily responsible for specific products or product groups.
  • Participate in risk assessments and identify improvements to product and quality processes. 

About You

You are curious and motivated by working with products that make a real difference in people’s lives. You are proactive, structured, and enjoy working across functions, taking ownership of your work, making decisions with confidence, and driving improvements wherever possible.

We are specifically looking for someone who brings:

  • Experience with products, injection molding, and/or adhesives, possibly combined with a chemical background.
  • A few years of experience in Change Control, RA, Quality, or Production.
  • A relevant academic degree in materials, engineering, or chemistry.
  • Project management skills and the ability to coordinate workstreams with clear deliverables.
  • Experience with SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.
