This is a varied and hands-on role, supporting the smooth running of our Saudi operations

and helping our production teams navigate the administrative and government

requirements associated with working in the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Saudi government platforms and processes,

including visas, permits and residency requirements, and will be comfortable working in the

fast-paced environment of the events and entertainment industry.

You will need to be a self-starter who is able to manage multiple priorities, work

independently, and provide calm and reliable support to senior team members and

production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Government & Event Administration

• Manage event permitting applications and processes through the ENJZ platform.

• Manage event visa applications through the ENJZ platform.

• Process Iqama applications and renewals, ensuring documentation and deadlines

are managed efficiently.

• Manage Exit/Re-Entry and Exit visas, including applications, renewals and tracking.

• Maintain accurate records of visas, permits, Iqamas and other relevant

documentation.

• Liaise with relevant government authorities and platforms as required.

• Monitor application progress and proactively follow up on outstanding

requirements.

• Support production teams with government-related requirements for events and

projects.

Office & Team Support

• Provide general administrative support to senior team members and the wider

Riyadh team.

• Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

• Support the day-to-day management and smooth running of the Riyadh office.

• Help coordinate practical requirements for staff working from the office, home or

event site offices.

• Maintain organised filing systems and documentation.

• Provide administrative support during busy production periods and live events.

Experience & Requirements

• Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Previous experience working with Saudi government platforms and processes.

• Practical understanding of visas, permits and residency/Iqama processes in Saudi

Arabia.

• Experience with the ENJZ platform would be highly desirable.

• Ideally, previous experience within the events, entertainment, production or

hospitality industry.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.

• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent English is required; Arabic language skills would be advantageous.

The Person

We are looking for someone who is:

• A self-starter – able to take ownership and get things done without constant

supervision.

• Organised – able to keep track of multiple applications, deadlines and priorities.

• A team player – happy to support colleagues and work collaboratively across

different teams.

• A multi-tasker – comfortable managing several competing priorities in a fast-paced

environment.

• Polite and professional – confident dealing with government authorities, colleagues,

suppliers and external partners.

• Kind and approachable – someone who contributes positively to the team and is

willing to help wherever needed.

• Calm under pressure – particularly important when supporting live events and time sensitive

production requirements.

What We Offer

• The opportunity to work with an internationally recognised live entertainment and

production company.

• A varied role within a fast-paced and creative environment.

• Exposure to major events and productions across Saudi Arabia and the wider

region.

• Flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home or from

event site offices when appropriate.

• Support the day-to-day management and smooth running of the Riyadh office.

• Monitor and re-stock office and operational supplies, ensuring the team has

everything required to work effectively.

• Manage office and operational expenses, including tracking expenditure,
