Job Description:

Our work depends on Asset Manager joining our team to support our client’s mission.  This position drives end‑to‑end asset accountability by leading best‑practice property management processes, ensuring compliant stewardship, accurate lifecycle tracking, and audit‑ready documentation for all government and contractor‑controlled assets.

Asset Manager

  • Leads practical application and implementation of asset management best practices.

  • Provides support for installed assets to ensure that all required markings/tagging and unique record identification of each asset is performed and documented, whether in production or as a spare.

  • Implements asset management (hardware, software to include updating the SW Warranty Tracker, licenses) within TENM as part of a team.

  • Maintains IUID tags and uploads into PIEE. Manages all property management functions to effectively and efficiently control property in the possession of the contractor.

  • Ensures systems, processes, and records are in place to control property from receipt, through stewardship, and until formal relief of responsibility.

  • Conducts  internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits to ensure accountability is maintained, and property is only used in the performance of the contract.

  • Tracks government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition in accordance with contract requirements.

  • Conducts asset management reporting for contractual, governmental, and internal requirements for TENM an performs monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
