  • Register and manage vulnerability scan configurations and coordinate firewall blocking requests.
  • Manage security-agent version upgrades and assess the impact of ServiceNow patch and change activities.
  • Administer Zscaler web filtering, including URL categorisation, revocation, extension, and deletion of URLs based on lifecycle requirements.
  • Manage database encryption activities and cryptographic key operations within key management systems.
  • Administer Proofpoint DLP, including block/allow list updates, email hold management, and security-policy parameter changes.
  • Manage CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, including client verification, server deployment, image upgrades, endpoint management, and ongoing platform administration.
  • Perform AIS verification and coordinate terminal version upgrades across managed endpoints.
  • Manage ADFS certificate renewals and coordinate version upgrades for suppliers and group companies.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports for managed security platforms and services.
  • Respond to technical and operational queries related to security tool configurations and administration.
  • Participate in P1 Major Incident Management (MIM) conference bridges and support incident resolution activities.
  • Follow established operational procedures, SLAs, change controls, and security compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve security-tool-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate operational documentation, configuration records, and activity reports.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

  • Practical experience with ServiceNow change, patch, and incident-management workflows.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident-management, and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise security environments and defined SLAs, compliance standards, and operational procedures.
  • Knowledge of SIEM platforms and alert triage is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AWS environments and Golden Image management is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CrowdStrike CCFA, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL Foundation are desirable.
  • Japanese proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above is preferred/required for effective communication with Japanese stakeholders.
  • Strong business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively with global teams, manage multiple priorities, and participate in major incident activities when required.
